Assay delivers technical due-diligence memos on a target's codebase at LOI stage — in days, with every finding cited to the file and commit that proves it.

Most tech DD is opinion with a logo on it. Assay's findings are generated under an evidence discipline: a claim either traces to something checkable in the repo, or it doesn't ship.
Findings can only cite verifiable evidence types — commits, files, dependency manifests, test output. Vibes are not an admissible source.
Who actually holds the system in their head? We quantify key-person concentration from the commit history — before those people take the earn-out and leave.
Every finding carries an explicit 0–1 confidence, so your team can weigh a strong signal differently from a suggestive one. No false certainty.
The target says "AI-powered." We check whether the models, the data rights, and the margins actually exist — the diligence gap of this deal cycle.
Read-only repo access under NDA. We never need production systems or customer data to run a screen.
Tooling extracts the evidence; a senior reviewer decides what it means for your deal thesis.
Findings ranked by deal impact, each cited, each with confidence — plus the questions your team should ask management.
Tell us about the deal. If a screen isn't the right instrument, we'll say so.
